We can do quick PCB prototype and also do PCB production with reasonable prices for 1-48L FR4 PCB, 1-12L Flex PCB, 2-28 Rigid-flex PCB. With our 10+years experience PCB production, you can get your PCB boards in high quality with reasonable prices.
Before production order, you shall already do the prototype order with us and ensure the prototype boards work good. We have two PCB production lines, one is for PCB prototype order for quick service, and the other is for PCB production order which would be done by machine automatically at the most to ensure the quality stable and reliable.
How to Place the PCB Production order?
Once you accepted our quote and placed your PCB production order, it would have two possibilities:
1. It's a repeat order (i.e. we did prototype or made the boards for you before), the manufacturing will be started directly and it would be same as the last order we did for you.
2. It's a new order and we didn't do it before. Our engineer will check your Gerber files to make sure it complies with our technical spec. If it has no EQ issues, we will send you the working file for approval to avoid any mistake and the manufacturing will be started directly after you confirmed the working files. If it has EQ issues, we will send you the EQ form and working file for confirmation before manufacturing.
How Long for the Production orders?
For production orders, the lead time would have difference based on the total square meters. It normally has 1-3㎡, 3-10㎡, 10-30㎡, 30-50㎡, 50-100㎡. Below are the lead time table for our manufacturing (it's calculated from the day of all EQ issues confirmed).
