The pictures above is a PCBA circuit board with 15W wireless charging + 24W mug heating plate that customized and developed by our company for one of our customers. We designed 10W+18W before, but our customer think the market need bigger power products and asked us to design a new one with the functions required. We took about 1week discussed the functions, the touch button and the lighting, etc. And then we took about 2weeks to have the 1st prototype to have a try. But badly, the LED lighting effect is not very good, and also the touch button is not very stable since it affected by the electromagnetic field. Anyway, we finall take more time to solve the issues, and get everything done. Now it has been mass-produced tens of thousands of units, which can be used for wireless charging for iphones with 7.5W and most of the Android phones on the market with 15W, and can also be used for heating the special mugs with 24W.
Our PCBA design engineer designed this circuit board as 2 layers FR4 PCB, thickness of 1.0mm, all copper 1 ounce, black solder mask, white silk screen, HASL lead-free finish.
