This Turnkey PCB Assembly project is a 1Layer Aluminum PCB (8W/m*k) with 1200mm length, 1.6mm Thickness, Copper 1oz, Black Solder Mask, White Silkscreen, HASL Lead free Finish. The unique parts quantity is 1, the total SMT parts is 144, the THT parts quantity is 0. As you can see from the above PCBA pictures, the Aluminum PCB board only required the SMT Assembly on the top side.
This is a sample and small production order, we do Aluminum PCB manufacture, PCB assembly and Components sourcing job. When PCB boards and Components are all ready, we did IPQC for checking the process and then do SMT assembly to put all SMD parts on the PCB board and go through the reflow soldering oven. Once SMT assembly job done, the boards went through AOI for checking the soldering quality. We did FCT test folowing the test guide file provided by custoemr to light all LEDs to ensure the quality. Once FCT test done, we would pack and ship them shortly.
